Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We ensure an amazing experience with our products, however if you wish to return or exchange the products in your order, please go through the below guidelines

We Accept Returns Under the Following Conditions:

Return And Receive Store Credits:

Damaged Products: If the item that you received from us arrived in damaged condition while opening the packaging, please send us the unboxing video immediately. We will make sure to provide you store credit for the same and you can use it for order the same product again or other product of your choice.

Received a different Product: The same rule applies for receiving incorrect product as also, if you receive a different product than what you have ordered, please follow the above procedure to get the store credit.

Please note that to be eligible for return and receive store credit the product should be in unused condition.

Refund:

We make sure we dispatch each and every item in your order, however if due to some unforeseeable situation we aren’t able to ship your product within the commited delivery time, we will be refund the whole order amount to the same account / card used while placing the order. Once the refund process is initiated it normally takes 2-3 days for the amount to get credited to your account.

Other points to note:

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.  

Store Credit: For returned items/orders, only the amount paid of the products will be made a store credits (excluding the shipping charges)

Time Frame: If you wish to return your order, please make sure to inform us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation: Once we have shipped your product and in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-returnable order: Customized order, bulk orders, and international orders cannot be returned.
